The Proteome Profiler Human Protease Antibody Array (Catalog # ARY021B) was used to simultaneously assess protease levels in human chondrosarcoma cell lysates. Cells were either untreated (Top) or treated (Bottom) with Recombinant Human IL-1α (Catalog # 200-LA) and Recombinant Human OSM (Catalog # 295-OM). Chemiluminescence was detected using x-ray film.
